With the brighter weather hopefully just around the corner (we can't get much more rain , can we?) I though it would be nice to have a scene for the 'Model of the Month' competition this time, so the theme for March is 'Spring'.
Please post a photo of your spring scene below to be in with a chance of winning a marvellous metallic rosette

It's spring, so shedding season is here! Every day Maisie gives Waldkönig a good brush, but as you can imagine such a big horse sheds A LOT of hair. Everything is covered... including chicken Minnie!

Here is Nutmeg, out for an explore amongst the spring flowers. Whilst the sun is shining there is still a chill in the air but she is cosy in her spring-themed rug 💜

Spring Scene by Stacey Stacey, on Flickr Remember, if your Julips are out at the moment their grazing should be limited to avoid laminitis!

Mitka supervises the chickens as they venture out into the spring sunshine after months of it being too wet to go out

It's still cold, but the ground isn't a muddy, slippery mess anymore, so Lisa feels comfortable enough to take Coimbra out for a hack, and have a gallop round the bottom of the valley.

Hi Stacey, can I ask did you make the grazing muzzles on your Julips in your gorgeous spring scene? They look fantastic, and if so I was wondering whether you have any tips on how to make one

I've posted a bit of a tutorial here - but if you need any extra help, let me know and I'll do my best to answer any questions
