Quick question Just ordered some ribbon as I'm getting back into making tack What size jump rings do I need for headcollars? Thanks in advance

It depends what you want to make! I got a mixed box of 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm - the 2mm are really only good for the little ring on a lead rope between the rope and the clip, or the bottom rings on a curb or pelham bit. 3mm are good for small in-hand snaffle rings, and headcollar rings for smaller pony heads or narrower ribbon. The 4mm look better on headcollars for the larger horses and will take a slightly wider ribbon, and the 5mm make nice snaffle rings. If you only want to get one size to start with, I'd go for the 4mm ones.
