We managed to sit on our hands and save our 'Official' Christmas Julips until Christmas Day - probably because we had a little run of second hand Julips that just had to be opened to check that they had arrived safely... I was lucky enough to buy Primrose from astudyinscarlet a couple of weeks before Christmas. I'm usually not a huge Welsh Cob fan or palomino fan but the combination on her works so well Primrose by Stacey Stacey, on Flickr Then we splurged a little on eBay - we're so lucky to have a shared collection, so when a beautiful lot like this turns up, we can team up and indulge more than either of us would do individually. Group Photo by Stacey Stacey, on Flickr We've decided to name the jumping pony Flora, she's such a pretty, shaded palomino colour. Other than loosing a little hair, she's in perfect condition. Flora by Stacey Stacey, on Flickr Ebony is immaculate too, I think she's slightly older than my other vintage Arabs, she seems slightly more detailed. Ebony by Stacey Stacey, on Flickr Then we saved these guys until Christmas Morning: Mum chose a lovely feathered cob stallion, who has been christened Cracker - he's a real classic but has really beautiful depth to his colour and just looks so cuddly! Cracker by Stacey Stacey, on Flickr I decided to go with something a bit different and asked for a plaited dapple grey ID. I'm absolutely over the moon with Jack Frost - he's just so pretty! Oh Stacey, what a super haul! That jumping pony! Flora really suits her! The ID looks stunning in grey with the plaits too! And the colouring on your skewbald!

Oooh what nice new arrivals, I love the palominos! The jumping pony is so cute.
The braided mane suits the Irish Draught really well too.
