With the autumn leaves falling Bea, Cerys and Ross decided it was time for woolly jumpers! And Ziggy heard that wellies were essential winter attire!

It's not just our Julip riders getting ready for winter, so are our horses. There seems to be a Tartan theme coming to the horses' winter rug collection!
Here's Ziggy (with Bea) in his new rug, though Tolly's got his eye on this rug too. Most of my Julip HOTYs are the same size and shape (Working Hunter model?) so their rugs are interchangeable.
And here's Skye (with Cerys) in her new rug.
And this is what happens when I don't concentrate properly when I am getting out the patterns - I made the bigger sized rug by mistake - and Pirate queue jumped and got his new rug! Here he is with Anna in her new jumper (the orange wool was called "Pumpkin" - very appropriate for the time of year!).

They look so nice, really good fabric choices, and I like the realistic detail with two front straps and the cross surcingles.

Thank you for all your lovely comments and "likes"! I really enjoy making things for my Julip HOTYs, especially rugs - they make great "clothes horses"!
