Get ready to drool! There's a big huge batch of new models up on the site plus a few new paragraphs in the history section about the new director of Julip Horses, Ltd., Stephanie Farr!
Ace - that's my evening sorted

Can I point out a couple of minor things. On the Welsh Cob page, Pyro is down as a spare but he's a catalogue Flame. Also Kerry wasn't really a spare either, he's just a rehaired Oliver.
Also Speckles wasn't an Arabian. The Arabian Original wasn't around in 1995; Speckles was an Originals Arab Champion.

I'll get right on that! *Update* Corrections made Thank you Study for the heads up! I only have the information I'm given or can find in a forum search, so if anybody sees a correction that needs to be made, please don't hesitate to let me know. I've moved the extra Oliver to a gallery folder as if I get enough duplicates for a catalogue model I was planning having a gallery for it linked to the picture of the main listing, ex. The picture of Oliver in the Welsh Cob page would link to the Oliver gallery. I thought it could be fun to see variations and also let more people share their models.

My brain is officially fried, but the major update of Julip ID is done. Whew. Dates on many of the animals are very rough estimates. If you have any corrections to these or anything else on the site, I would greatly appreciate your help. A huge thanks to Miss Stacey and Miss Laura for their incredible patience with my barrage of questions and to everyone who has contributed pictures thus far!

Another big update - mostly George's herd with a few others thrown in. The history tab now has a menu of Footnotes on topics such as hair history, mouth lettering, and mould changes. The Archive is still threadbare - if anyone has pictures of packaging, catalogues, articles about Julip, or hobby pictures such as Julip shows or Julip scenes and would like to share them with the site, please let me know. I'm also gathering Julip related links, so if you have a Julipy blog or website, send me your links!

Hello. I used to work for The Model Horse Gallery. I put most of the Julips on there with the help of several other collectors. Please feel free to go to the site and take anything that has my name on it for your page. The ones that say Melodie Dowell are my photos. Help yourself. There are tons of oldies too. www.modelhorsegallery.info/J/Julip/MHCs_Julip.html

There's been a mini update of the site today. Due to the help of several collectors, we have examples of all but two HOTY models! I'm currently working on a Originals/Pets/Riders/Accessories/Misc update now and hope to have it up in the next couple of weeks - things are a little busy with the live show season starting. Over 1,000 pictures have been donated to the site since October!

Due to the help of several collectors, we have examples of all but two HOTY models! I've just had a look at your HOTY pages, and you actually do have them all! There wasn't a brown arab, either in rubber or shiny plastic, they only made a brown in the Family Pony mould

I have some photos of the moulds you are looking for. I have the Donkey foal (vintage), Heavy Hunter, Welsh Arab. I also have a Welsh First Edition and a New Forest first edition which are not pictured (or named) on your site. I also have a couple of unknown moulds. I have many of the other moulds you have pictures of, if you are looking for more examples.I also have an Arab mare in a clear plastic box, which I havent seen before (or since!).

I wish there had been a brown rubber arab, the chocolate brown is my favourite colour out of the rubber HOTYs.

Another update of Julip ID and a list of the catalogue models we're still missing. I'm hoping some of you lovely folks might have some of these in your collections.

Thank you, George! I love that model, it reminds me of my Pony Hunter, Cheeky.

I've got the bay Eventer - it came from Laura and she said it was the one that was used in the catalogue photo. I've only got rubbish pictures on my laptop at the moment so I'll get a better one done. I've also got a catalogue Lippi Diabolo.
Note for Melodie re the unnamed Zebra picture you have sent - is the same one you sold back to the UK? If it is he's now been named Everton!
