So I've just settled Butterly into the yard...and realised that she bears more than a striking resemblance to a certain someone! Right down to the star on her forehead! I know Ember is a Welsh pony and therefore a bit too big to be a 'baby' but we always used to say we wished we had been able to put the real Butterly into foal...I think one of those stallions has been up to no good, heh

:)Gosh she could be her foal so alike Love your stable they both look very happy and naughty stallions Aha thank you, I've been making those pesky anti-weave bars today for the stable...made with blood, sweat and a few choice swear words the real Butterly used to go after little midget ponies, never the strong, strapping lads...her favourite was Pebble, a 12hh Welshie!

How fortunate, think EG is right with the mulipicating tendencies of julips, it must be something julip original owners add into the mix ! Isn't it funny with horses my warmblood cross was terrified of small ponies

My Rosie was just the same, she ruled the roost at the yard and would try to pick fights if we ever met other horses, too - she once didn't like the way a big bay shire looked at her when we passed on a hack so she pinned her ears, got all snorty, then snatched the reins right through my hands to go for him with her teeth bared. He just looked terrified and I had to apologise profusely to his rider and say the usual "She's never done that before!" excuse which goes with outrageous pony behaviour in public

I was going to make a comment that maybe she's been naughty with a pit pony then I realised I actually have a pit pony almost the same colour.
