So we're going back into lockdown and I've decided to run another mini photoshow. This is free to enter (one entry per person), although if you would like to make a donation for this then please consider donating something to one of these animal charities: Harmony FundThe Mare and Foal SanctuaryTia Rescue
I don't think this time there will be prizes but I will give a full size rosette for the winner and for the runner up (shipping overseas may be more complicated but I'll work it out somehow if the winner/runner up is outside the UK) The theme for this is 'autumn'. This can be interpreted however you like - an autumn-themed scene, a model or scene in autumn colours, a model named Autumn, an older model that is in its 'autumn years', or however else you can think to interpret it. Please provide a title or short description of the image when submitting it (a description would be especially good if the interpretation is a little less obvious). This is open to all Julips (Originals equines, pets/other animals, riders and HOTY models) and Magpie Models. Other make animals, riders/human figures and props are fine so long as there is primarily Julip and/or Magpie content. Also there doesn't have to be equine content if the human figures or animals are Julip ones. Entries can be made by adding your picture to this post or by emailing it to me (please PM me for my email address). Closing date: December 5th 6th 2020 (Obviously please be sensible about taking pictures or obtaining props for this, be mindful of any covid-19 restrictions and don't put yourself or others at risk just to take a picture.)

Here's Intrepid the hunter - it's an older photo from when I'd got my scenery all dressed up with autumn leaves for a seasonal photoshoot several years ago now (I'd have got them out again and taken a new shot, but it's been SO windy lately they'd have got instantly dispersed around the garden with all the full-size ones!)

Sorry, it’s a bit late now but would you like me to share on Julip and magpie Facebook groups? Yes please. Thank you. Officially it ends on saturday night (photos can still be entered all day saturday) though if anyone really wants more time to take a specific image or something I can leave it open on sunday too and close it sunday night instead. Anyway there's still a few days left to get pics in.

Thank you to everyone who entered a picture. As usual it was extremely difficult to pick winners, all of the photos and the models featured in them were lovely. But I have finally decided that the winner is... *drumroll*
dawnith - "Everyone helps to clear the autumn leaves from the yard"
and the runner up is:
Stacey - "An Autumnal afternoon ride with Dougal and Mortimer"
Congratulations to both of you! I think I have Stacey's address but dawnith can you PM me with your name/address to post your rosette to and I'll get these sent off ASAP.

Always good to see hi-viz road safety being promoted for horses hacking, even in Julip form! btw I love your cob stallion there, he reminds me of my Temeraire but with a mane. Hairy Temerairey

Thank you, I felt really bad for a while because he’s got quite a big scuff and retired from showing, but now he has lots of fun as a happy hack! (Hairy Temerairey might have to come to the next show and meet Temeraire in person 😂)
