A commemorative rosette to mark milestones in Julip's history has always been available throughout the past years and this year is no exception. As most of you know Julip as a company is celebrating it's 75th anniversary this year (1945-2020) so to commemorate this I have ordered some very special rosettes and we also have some very special pets with their own rosette and certificates. This year is Julip's diamond anniversary, so the rosettes are in a pretty combination of white, gold and silver ribbons and at the moment are limited to twenty although more can be ordered if needed, they will be £4.99 plus postage which will be £2.00 or if you add one to an existing parcel, there will obviously be no postal charge, the first twenty will go for sale on our spares night (more information on this will be announced shortly) Our second item (which will also be available on spares night) is rather special assortment of pets, we have used some of the old Julip moulds and have cast a mix of dogs, cats and foxes (7 mongrels, 7 Jack Russells, 3 sitting cats and 3 running foxes) and painted them in a silver sparkly pattern with gold bow and silver heart, they come with their own commemorative rosette and numbered certificate and these will only ever be limited to twenty and no more will be available after they have sold, these will be priced at £12.99 plus postage which will be £3.00 unless added to an existing parcel in which case there will be no postal charge. I hope you like them and feel that they are an appropriate way to mark this rather special occasion.

It will be sometime over the weekend of the 19th and 20th September, I just now have to decide which is the better evening out of the two to hold it but I will be putting up more information once I have made the decision in the next few days which will appear on the News and Announcements board.

Ooooooh, I want one of those rosettes, those are so nice.
(I thought Julip had already had its diamond anniversary, wasn't the HOTY Black Diamond named for that reason? Is it diamond for two different anniversary milestones then?)

Ooh, the big rosette looks very nice, and it's so good to keep the rosette tradition going after it started with the 50th anniversary. I have the one made from several layers of silver ribbons which was the 70th anniversary and this will look lovely alongside it, I'd definitely like one. I looked it up and apparently the 75th always used to be known as the diamond anniversary, but when Queen Victoria's 60th jubilee came along, they called THAT her diamond one, and in popular culture at the time it kind of took over as the term for any 60th anniversary, for weddings, or founding of companies/institutions, and people forgot that it used to mean the 75th instead. So now the 60th and the 75th are both called diamond anniversaries

Just a quick photo of the 75th Anniversary commemorative pets that will be available in the spares on Sunday evening, if there is one that you particularly want then please put a 'd' for dog, 'f' for fox or 'c' for cat after your 'buy' comment, unfortunately I can't guarantee that is what you will end up with as some of them are limited to three models but I'll do my best !
