Whilst awaiting new tack making supplies, I decided to spend the handful of buckles and bits I have left well and make Waldkönig a pelham bridle. He has got such a nice big head which made making him a bridle a fun task! 😊 Now he has a new bridle, I guess I'll try to find the courage to make him a saddle as well, hehe! 🙈

That look very smart in his new bridle, look forward to seeing him with his saddle!

He looks fantastic, that really suits him!
What does his name mean? I love how it sounds (assuming I'm sounding it out right, heh).

Thank you so much! 😋 Hihi, 'Wald' means forest in German and 'König' is king! I actually wanted to name him 'Woudkoning' first, which is the Dutch translation, but as he's a black forest horse I thought I might as well give him the German version of the name. 😇
