Being impressed by the few lovely wagons and carriages at the show, I kind of started into looking the options to either buy a completed carriage or maybe some sort of assembly kit. I did a bit of searching on the internet, but I found it rather difficult to find something in 1/12 scale. I think I'd like something like a buggy or a two-wheeler. What are brands, makers and shops you'd suggest me to looking into? I've seen lovely Nordwain ones, but they don't seem to be trading anymore. I also spotted a nice old buggy assembly kit, but it comes without shaft poles (quite weird that is) which doesn't make it very useful. I don't yet know what 'style' of cart I'd like: maybe something fancy, maybe something that would be used on the farm. Guess it depends on what I find, which seems quite difficult a task on its own already. Any suggestions?

Nordwain have been gone a few years now due to the death of David Blenkey who made them. Best thing to do is keep an eye on Ebay unless you contact one of the carriage makers in the USA.
