Hi everyone. I have a selection of Julip originals for sale, lovingly collected when I was a teenager in the 1980s, along with a selection of accessories (people, stable cats, tack etc). I've yet to create a full inventory of items, but it includes:
1 x hunter, palomino (my very first Julip!) 1 x dressage horse, chestnut 2 x thoroughbred, bay 1 x thoroughbred, brown 1 x thoroughbred, skewbald (which was painted to order) 1 x thoroughbred, chestnut 1 x foal, chestnut 1 x quarter horse, flea-bitten grey 1 x quarter horse, chestnut 1 x eventer, bay
plus 4 people (male huntsman, female in black jacket, male in green jacket, male in red polo neck)
They're in good condition, but do have trimmed manes, very short (don't ask - I guess I thought it was a good idea back then!, but I believe that you can get them 're-haired') and the white markings have darkened slightly.
I'm open to offers for the full lot, or individual items. There is also a Julip 2-stall stable, but it is showing its age and needs reattaching to the base.
I would love them to go to a collector who will enjoy them as much as I did all those years ago. Items are based in the NW of England.
Please get in touch if you're interested. I will endeavour to prepare photos over the next week or so.

Two quarter horses - a flea-bitten grey and a chestnut. In the background is the skewbald thoroughbred wearing a hand-made turquoise rug, with male rider in a green jacket, and to the right, is one of the bay TBs in racing tack

I have no idea why the pic of the chestnut dressage horse has rotated - my apologies! Shown with female rider, bridle and saddle. Also shown is the stable. There are a total of 6 fantail doves. I was sure there were 7... maybe one of the cats ate one... ah, there it is, sat on the hunter. There are actually 7 doves, plus 3 cats. two 'chestnut' cats and one 'skewbald'.

Bay TB no 1 with 2 rear stockings - he's a bit cracked but otherwise ok. Bay TB no 2 with 4 socks is shown in racing tack, with hand made ribbon bridle and number cloth. Leather Julip bridle comes with him. Brown TB no 3 shown on her own

Ohh, I love the brown TB but I wouldn't have a clue what to offer for her.

Hi, I would be interested in having the grey Quarter Horse (if Debi didn't have him) and the male huntsman from you

I would be very much interested in either the palomino hunter or the bay TB in racing tack. Whichever is still available. I'll send you a PM, might be easier.

Hi everyone. Thank you all for your interest. I'll respond to you separately. There's definitely something about Julips - I have some plastic horses from a well-known American brand. While technically more accurate, they are just lifeless plastic. Julips have character and personality!

I can’t agree with you more! I think it’s the main reason why each and every one of us have fallen in love with them!

Hi everyone. I'm reassured that all my precious Julips will be well looked after in their new homes. I’m waiting for confirmation on the last few, but I do have a few original Julip accessories if anyone is interested-
2 x bridle & saddle sets 1 lightweight horse blanket (as worn by the ch TB in the pics above)
If anyone is interested, message me - £7 for the tack sets, £5 for the blanket (each inc p&p). They’ll fit a TB sized horse.
My friend who collected the same time as me has hers all boxed up. If she decides to sell any in future, I’ll send her this way!
I’ve had some lovely conversations with some of you & the photos have been great, so thank you & enjoy keeping Julip alive!
Christine x

Hi,
Are you considering selling your stable(s)?
My 3 only got to live in a cardboard box, lol, back in the 80s!
