Inspired by EG, I've finally got my act together to introduce my newbies! First of course has to be M. If you know my koniks, they have a ranger/custodian/shed-bloke who looks after them. He writes letters to his cousin Lillie. Until now, he only existed in my head, but now he's been made real. Isn't he adorable! He's also got a job as the trail-setter for the local drag hunt, who'll be making an appearance at the Hulland Live Next up is my latest konik (you can never have too many!). He's small and cute, and as my koniks are all named after Sussex villages, I felt the name Ditchling suited him perfectly: M, as part of his job, gets to wrangle the konik youngsters: M also has a new cat to share his shed with. Barracuda might look cute and gentle with her little pink bow, but she already rules the roost. Beaufort is smitten with her: As mentioned above, there's a drag-hunt pack. Until Christmas they had a huntsman but no hounds, which is an unfortunately state for a hunt to be in. But now they have two-and-a-half couple. From left to right, Henstridge, Stalbridge, Sherborne, Yenston and Yeovil. M is going to have to run like the wind to stay ahead of this lot! Here's a family picture of the Dashwood cousins, Peter, Lillie and M: And here's another newbie, Alice Taylor, a classmate of Lillie's: Alice was needed because my beloved Meg had no person of her own. I think they were made for each other: I do have more newbies, but they'll need to wait for their own thread before this one gets too unwieldy Thank you to everyone at Julip for my wonderful newbies!
