Thanks! I'm sure you could! The big tree was just wire and papier mache and everything else was recycled from previous makes! (the creature himself I made yeeears ago lol) Half the fun I find with Julips is making things for them, and no matter the skill level they always somehow suit the models.
Yeah go for it, it's something you pick up as you go along - I hadn't really done any until 2015 when I'd been to a few shows and got the bug, my first ones were pretty basic but they're just really fun to make! I think I realised I'd got totally into it when I was in hobbycraft talking to a lady I just met about the best materials for my next idea
Hi stacey just wanted to say thanks for a great day, both myself and my husband really enjoyed the show was really pleased to win a few things, great to meet everybody and looking forward to next years show emma
I'm really glad you had a good day, it was so good to see you!
*slowly crawls in* Uh, yes, I'm still alive. My photos will be uploaded as soon as possible. I went on holiday, then got super busy with work (Festival season in Edinburgh...), and had to find a new flat and then move (which is still kinda in progress). So basically majority of any remaining hobby activity had to be put on hold, but I'm slowly getting back on track. I WILL add my photos as soon as I'm done with my old flat and find some time to finish sorting them out!
