So I kind of threw myself in the deep end here. They grey shetland moorland pony didn't look as bad in the photos on ebay but is a bit worse in person. In fact the seller said the AQH was the worst but I think its the best of the 3 condition wise. Can anyone guess the chestnuts mould? Seller didn't know. What is the best way to repair these? s723.photobucket.com/user/elizabeth_duncan3/library/Julip%20Repairs

Thanks, so cut off the sticky legs/hooves and remake with milliput basically? Kinda scary but I think I'll start with the AQH, atleast its only her legs and ears. Do I also use milliput to fill in the tiny cracks?

The grey isn't a shetland, that's a moorland pony. I think the chestnut is probably a hack.

What do I do about soft/sticky mouths? I'm really not sure. My models were so bad they had to be completely encased in milliput

Good Grief! Someone still looks at my old website? Wow! For sticky mouths I usually remove the lower jaw and re build with milliput
