So, I bought an old AQH quite some time ago and there was a discussion about his colour as he had a black synthetic mane and tail, and white legs, but his body colouring was flea bitten grey which didn't seem to match, as you can see in this picture: So I decided to repair him with grey mohair, and followed EG's fantastic tutorial. I glued the mohair as described... This is him once finished! And some trimming and brushing later... It was quite tricky because I was too impatient to let the glue dry fully, lol, so there were a few colourful words said during the process! I'm happy with it as a first attempt, I think it suits him much better and he looks even more adorable than before!

Ahhh, so much better! I'm glad you found the tutorial useful! (I'm really impatient too, lol, the number of times I've had to start again because I've tried to apply it before the glue's set!)

Oh wow, he's lovely!! I think the swearing is part of the process - it certainly happens every time I rehair anything

Aww he looks very handsome now, I love the wavy effect that that mohair has. And I would be surprised if anyone can rehair anything without shouting at the subject in question at least once ?
