A non horsey friend popped to see me and comment on my models "oh they are lovely" bet you wish they could come alive"
which made me think if the Christmas Elf said you could make just one of your Julip's a live pony/horse which one would you choose.
Myself it would be a hard choice between my pit pony Flash and my Unicorn (both in my profile pics) but think I'd go for the unicorn as its a beautiful model and would love to see the look on people's face when I present her and say look see I was right unicorns do exsit
Would love to hear your choice

Either Faye or Holly as they'll make great mother/daughter horses with the laid back *been there, seen that,done that* attitudes who are not mareish at all.

I think I was about 9 when I joined the original J-Club and I said I still liked to believe they all came alive at night, haha (very naive/hopeful child there) - somebody told me it was stupid and Annabel wrote me a message to say it was nice, I kept a copy of it for years! Now I think I'd be worried about the little stampede that would go on... how would they get down off the shelves... but if one was going to turn into a real, full sized horse I think Murphy the skewbald Connemara would be a good one to have But please can I get him out of the flat before he transforms or I'll never get him down the stairs!!

I think it would have to be Dark Star - he's a plain black hunter, nothing fancy, but he looks like he'd be calm and sensible and friendly, but also up for a good gallop if asked! I wish I could draw, because then I'd draw pictures of all the things he'd get up to

Maybe this one, Thistle : Highlands are about my size for riding, they're good doers and hardy for living out, would be happy with just hacking, and he just looks very kind and trustworthy, doesn't he! [edit : also a really good colour for grooming! Having had a white-grey as my first pony, and now with two bays and a dark palomino, I can really appreciate that a browner colour solves the issue of being really obviously stained with mud and poo and grass all the time like my white one was ]

I think this is a wonderful thought, I imagine it with all my models, I often think I should write down their adventures, university work just tends to get in the way

Mine would be Utterly Butterly, the mare that my friend and I shared. Laura made me the most beautiful model of her recently and I love just picking her up and looking at her kind face I miss her so much, the way she used to freak out at that orange tape fence that the telephone engineers use, how she'd flap her lips at my pockets for treats and how she used to strut in front of the boys' paddock (little minx )

Also, mine did go on a bit of an adventure...Alice and Clara found a big panther on their travels... And the bunnies found these goodies in the kitchen... I had too much time on my hands

I think for me it'd have to be Banksy, because who doesn't love a squishy coblet? I've always imagined him to be a bit spooky so perhaps he wouldn't be an ideal ride but I'm sure I'd cope with the odd freak out over a crisp packet/cat/hedge monster Banksy by Christine Sutcliffe, on Flickr\ }

Ooh, I'm intrigued now - I've never heard of a film that relates to this! He's sort of named after a brewery, but mostly because the name sounded sort of noble

Hahah okay - it's this terrible brilliant 70s sci-fi about the crew of a spaceship sent far from Earth to destroy "unstable planets". They catch a Very Realistic Alien, all their support from home gets cancelled, they have to put the captain in suspended animation (read: the freezer) and at the end one of their bombs becomes sentient, starts spouting Genesis and they have to try and talk it out of killing them all. It's wonderful!
