That photo of your table is great, really sums up the Julip-filled chaos that is live showing them I loved the spotted rosettes, such a tiny detail to choose spotty ribbon for a change, but made them really individual to this show, and a lovely keepsake for afterwards, too. I'll put some up in my mini tack room, but ended up with rather too many to have them all in there Alex, EG, and I were trying to see if any of us got the complete set of colours early on - did either of you two succeed in that? I never did get one of the pink ones

I managed it, just about! The special for our foursome of spotty things bright me up to a bonus one!
Thanks so much to Laura and Manda!

The spotty ribbon was a lovely touch in the rosettes, I agree! We managed to avoid any blue ones but I think we "collected" the other colours And your domino effect Elli... I remember coming back to my table in a bit of a rush trying to find something, while trying to do something else (not sure what but I know I was already multitasking) and you were there like "Look!" - bit of a crazy moment haha! Hope no Julips were injured! My new boys have evicted a Breyer trad from his shelf, had me adjust it to suit their height and taken it over with my last special order

I saw Elli's sitting arctic fox, so beautiful, I love how they have the detailed ear-edges and everything instead of just being plain white all over. I did buy the setters, Helen, how could I resist (or let them get split up and be lonely!) so they just had to join my little pet-collection. I didn't see the Arctic fox! Glad you snaffled them both, they are adorable!

I'll get a photo up of the one I bought tomorrow if no-one beats me to it Need to take photos of my horse newbies but my phone was complaining today that it didn't have space on it so I'll wait and hope it's sunny tomorrow afternoon!

I had a great day on Saturday! Thanks again to Laura and Manda and everyone else (and Julips!) for making it such fun and the best day of the year! Loved my goody bag, a real treat there. I had the domino problem at my table too, I think they all got over excited and kept fainting. Who can blame them! Always enjoy the raffle and was lucky to win the Keep calm and collect Julip originals mug which will be put to good use. Managed to get 2 new gorgeous spares and 2 dogs. Laura must have been working around the clock to make so many. Really looking forward to seeing what you all got as they'd been ransacked by the time I got there! Am very inspired to get started on some new scenes now. I reckon if I start now, I might stand a chance of having an entry next year... Robyn was helping me unpack yesterday afternoon, she's definitely a keen collector. Infact she'd pinched one of my yearlings which Mark found by the tv!

I was very supervised and pleased to see all the different models as only just found Julips last year got a few idea's for my next couple of horses when I've saved up Think I may try a scene when I have a bit of time (never have spare time with the guinea pigs lol) but not sure if i am brave enough to put it in a show

I've borrowed Elli's idea and taken a photo of the prizewinners in my herd, proudly showing the rosettes and certificates they won : The big green and black reserve champion rosette at the front went to the appaloosa standing next to it, I couldn't balance it on his back like I've done with the tiny ones or you wouldn't have been able to see him at all And I had to get a photo of these lovely silver rosettes, too : The biggest one on the right is the 70th Anniversary one which has been advertised for sale on the forum already, I just hadn't had an order for a while to add one to, so I bought mine at the show. But the middle rosette, and the Julip-scale one on the left, were in our goody bags, and were a nice little commemorative gift to mark the anniversary year's live show. The tiny one will go into my mini tack room whenever I get round to tidying it up

I've just seen there is a show in April but it's a 4 hour drive for us which is just too far for us. Looks like it will be the next Julip Live for us, unless there are enough Julip collectors in Wales to make it worth arranging one out this way!
