Oh is it! She's gorgeous for sure! Hopefully the person will drop the price or something sooner or later hahaha Lately I've been wanting to add a vintage Julip to my little herd.

Do you know how many times it has been relisted already? You would think they'll drop the price at some point! And I know: they're addictive. Got as many vintages as new ones now.

You could always ask if they would consider an offer on it you never know...

You could always ask if they would consider an offer on it you never know... Very true! Honestly I'm not even sure what a fair offer would be since I've never bought a vintage Julip before, but I would definitely consider making one because it's such a beautiful horse and I'd love to have it in my collection.

To be honest I find that quite difficult too. Most of the time I simply pay what the previous owner has paid for it, or - if I really like a certain Julip - just pay what I can miss at that point. I've probably overpaid for some and underpaid for others: as long as it doesn't leave a sting, I guess I paid right. I do keep track of what I paid for my Julips on my website, so it does get easier with time to kind of determine what's fair and what's not.

I got the riders and pets. They're slated to arrive tomorrow, so I'll share pictures if they do.

We have hanging planters all along the front of our house filled with trailing mint and every time the wind blew a strand of vine past the window I'd get excited thinking it was the postie coming past The parcel finally arrived while I was out picking Ari up from school, naturally. It was my lucky day because on Wednesday, he goes up to his granny's for tea, so after changing into play clothes and doing homework, I was able to hustle him out the door and play with my new toys in peace. I made a little blog post as it's just easier to share a bunch of pictures that way. I'm just thrilled with this lot; neither my pictures nor the auction pictures do them justice.

Ohhh congrats on getting them! They certainly look a whole lot better than they did in the auction photographs! How lovely!

That was worth it for the side saddle rider alone, she looks in fantastic condition, love the old fox too
