Hi everyone,
Jan, Elli & I would love to run the Hulland Julip Live again next year, we have either of the first two weekends in April in mind similar to this year's show. The hall is currently available for both and ideally we would like to book by the start of August as the bookings man is going away for a while then.
There's a poll attached for possible dates, please select all the ones you think you'd be able to do (accepting that not everyone can tell this far in advance with work rotas or other responsibilities, if so please give us your best guess) and we will try and pick the day that most people are likely able to make. If at all possible please reply within the next week or so, that way we can have the booking confirmed before the all important man goes away!

We won't be asking people to commit to it for quite a while yet but want to get the hall booked nice and early and it seems like we're best getting it pencilled in this week. Just thought we'd better check that people are still interested and that we don't pick a date that no-one is free for!
