I've had it re-cast as the mould was getting a bit shapeless

Not been around for a while but the models with new paint are looking luscious - must get another portrait order in when you reopen for business

Do you have a rough idea yet of when you'll be starting to take horse orders again? I mean the animals are lovely but it's not the same as getting a horse or pony (or donkey). (I'm sorry I'm just sad when it's nearly 3 months since my birthday and I still haven't been able to order my birthday horse and I can't even get a spares model. Seeing most of the spares still going to the same few people they always seem to go to as most of them have only gone to the live shows and then even the online ones still mostly go to the same few people too isn't much fun (plus the secondhand Julip market is not exactly vibrant, unless all the nicer models are being sold only through facebook and live shows)).

We understand that people are eager to put in orders but at the moment I'm afraid we haven't a definitive date of when we will begin again.
The change over in paints was a lot more involved than it might initially seem. It had a knock on affect that resulted in changes to a large number of the processes that go into making the models, even those that may appear entirely unrelated. For example, some of you may have noticed that all of the recent Julips that have been sold as spares or at shows and that have been painted with the new paints, have not had socks; this is because we are still in the process of developing the best method of applying them.
We would only be happy to take orders once we are certain we are able to fulfil any request to the best of our ability, similar to when we first took Julip on nearly three years ago.
We appreciate everyone's patience and promise to keep you updated on our progress.
